Creating a UNESCO Chair for Communication, Media and Information Literacy and Citizenship improves ESCS’ relationship with the community, the city and its different institutions, and increases the visibility of both the School and IPL. The mission of the Chair will exemplify ESCS perspectives on communication, media literacy and citizenship through the involvement of teaching staff, researchers and students in project and society development.

Projects
Books serve as a springboard for reflection on reading and the world, connecting the discussion with pressing issues of our time.
The Eco-Schools Council, created in 2019/2020, seeks to raise awareness and educate the ESCS community about more sustainable practices, in academic life and beyond.
